Class: EnvironmentalMechanismTarget

Links an environmental factor or exposure to a specific pathophysiology mechanism node it acts on. The environmental counterpart of TreatmentMechanismTarget: it places exposures inside the causal graph as upstream initiating (or protective) steps instead of leaving them as a disconnected disease-level list.
