Slot: effect_modifiers

Reported differences in a treatment's effect across patient subgroups (age, sex, baseline severity, genotype, ...). One entry per stratum, outcome and source: the same stratum can show a larger effect on one outcome and none on another. Absent means no subgroup difference has been curated, not that none exists.
