Enum: OligonucleotideChemistryEnum

Backbone / sugar chemistry of a therapeutic oligonucleotide. Determines nuclease resistance and binding affinity, and for single-stranded ASOs whether the oligonucleotide supports RNase H recruitment (gapmer designs) or acts purely by steric occupancy. siRNA duplexes typically combine alternating 2'-O-methyl and 2'-fluoro ribose modifications with terminal phosphorothioate linkages; a treatment whose duplex uses more than one of these should record the modification most characteristic of its design and describe the rest in the treatment description.
