Enum: ExecutionVenueEnum

Broad kind of facility that would execute an ExecutableProtocol. Four coarse values rather than a vendor list: the classification is what a query needs (is this orderable by anyone, or does it need a local collaboration?), while the provider's identity is free text in provider, so a new laboratory is data and not a schema change.
